"Dan and his partner spent about three days removing the old grout, regrouting, and sealing. There was a necessary break in between steps to let the new grout dry properly before sealing. The finished work fully restored the beauty of the classic tile. Dan took great care in meticulously finishing the grouting and left the bathroom clean. We were very satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. He was also prompt in responding to messages and was easy to schedule."

"When I phoned to get a quote and arrange service, Paula was very prompt in returning my call.  She gave me an estimate based on the dimensions I provided.  The actual cost of the cleaning was identical to the quote.  They were prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to work with.  Both my husband and I felt that their work was far superior to any other cleaners I have used in the past.  It's very evident they take great pride in their work. <br />  Several days later, I noticed some spots on one of the rugs.  I had spilled on the rug several days before they came and thought I had done a good job of cleaning it up.  Evidently, I had not.  I called Paula and asked if they would come back to take care of these spots. She couldn't have been more cooperative and very willing to take care of it.  They not only did a great job of getting the spots out, they generously did not charge me for the return visit.  In addition, they left a bottle of cleaning solution for use on woodl rugs. <br /> I have used many different carpet cleaners over the years.  NatureWise Chem Dry is by far the best.
