"Six Stars!! Southwest Rooofing and Design is the best! After a severe wind burst rearranged about 20% of tiles on the rear roof of my house, a day before a heavy rain was forecast, Southwest had a team over to cover the exposed roofing to prevent water damage. By the end of the first day a comprehensive contract was prepared and signed. In less than a week after the initial wind damage the entire new roof was installed and looking good! Each of the four work days started right on time with a fully staffed work crew of eight (8) including supervision. Each day's work was docummented with summaries recorded on the pictures. These summary reports are made possible by an audio visual app called 'GroupMe' with a copy provided to the customer. Each day ends with a complete site clean up. In-process inspections occur each day with the final quality check performed by Ramon Ayers, President of Southwest roofing & Design."

"L&J Exteriors and Remodeling replaced our tile roof, repaired and extended our back patio roof. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by L&J. Luis and Jacqueline were professional, courteous, maintained outstanding communication from day one until the final walk through, and adhered to the prices established in the contract. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, and conducted a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Our roof looks fantastic! Thank you L&J! We highly recommend L&J Exteriors and Remodeling. Give Luis and Jacqueline a chance to help you with your next project."

"Gary was very profesional and offered us great service and pricing!!"

"Overall they did a very good job, the roof looks very nice, and they were done in the expected amount of time. They kept the job site clean for the most part and tried to clean up any nails or loose debris that might cause damage, and even hauled off an old door that I was waiting to haul to the dump which was very helpful. There was an issue with the invoice showing more wood being replaced than was actually replaced, but I believe this was due to miscommunication between the workers and the office but it was corrected quickly and a new invoice was sent right away. It would probably have helped if anyone on the crew that was here spoke more than a few words of broken English so that communicating with them would have been easier, but they were friendly and tried their best to communicate with me as necessary. The biggest issue was when we needed to discuss replacing certain pieces of fascia and make other necessary changes and we were unable to communicate clearly with each other on what should be replaced and what should be left alone, which may have also resulted in the initial invoice mixup. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work performed, and if I needed another roof installed or needed any repairs on any of my houses I would not hesitate to call Wildcats Roofing again."

"K&L Custom Roofing did a great job on our roof, it wasn't an easy job with alot of extra work needing to be done due to rotted wood and water damage throughout but they made excellent repairs and little adjustments here and there along the way at our request. K&L were very reasonable on their pricing and we came out of it with a beautiful new roof as well as some new friends. John and Tiffany Larson"

"My problem started with a roof leak during the most recent rain storm.  I called Patriot Roofing; and they sent a Sales Associate to me.  Patriot's Sales Associate inspected my roof from the outside and from the attic to find exactly where the water leak was coming from.  Patriot's Sales Associate then took measurements and said that he would be in touch with me to give me an estimate for repairs.  The next day I was contacted by Patriot's Sales Associate.  He had prepaired an estimate for me and would like to go over it with me.  We met at my place that evening.  Upon agreement of estimate price;  my roof repair was scheduled.  On the day of my roof repair; Patriots crew showed up on time and got right to work.  The first day on my roof they removed old tile and stacked it all nicely in different places on my roof to help distribute the extra weight added to slopes not being repaired.  They also removed bad felt paper and installed new felt paper and what they call furring strips to help keep tile in place.  The second day Patriot's crew showed up and reinstalled all my tiles back into position.  Once the crew was done I gave my payment to the Sales Associate."

"Very professional they did great work, the price was great, work was finish in a timely manner I'm very satisfied with the job!"
