Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. It was completed in 2 weeks and 2 days even with a delay in tile shipment. James is professional, cleans up each day, and keeps in contact throughout the job regarding progress or any questions. The wooden stair railing he built is beautiful. Not one complaint, everything done was perfect. Will use his services again and have already recommended him to friends. The gentleman who did the tile work did an excellent job, on the new tile in the shower, and regrouting the other bathroom.
