"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Be Blessed Remodeling."

"We had Joe and his team completely remodel our master bathroom. When that was finished, he combined our existing half-bath and other full bath into one awesome new bathroom. This involved removing a closet, relocating plumbing and electrical, drywalling over old entryways, and installing all new everything. He installed a beautiful, large shower which is perfect for our tall family. It has become an oasis! We love everything about both our bathrooms and are so happy that we went with Joe! Joe and his team were always on time, responsive to every question or concern, cleaned up after themselves, and were honest and upfront with pricing. Joe does everything himself, so there's no sub-contracting. (I don't think there's anything Joe can't do!). He takes pride in doing things the right way, and it shows! What prompted us to do this project is that we had water damage behind walls and under the floor. It feels wonderful knowing that we'll never have to worry about those problems again. When Chris indicated that they could complete a full kitchen remodel in 8 weeks while we were in Florida for the winter we immediately booked the job. "We remodeled our kitchen and mudroom with All-American. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end! Chris gave us a quote that was reasonable and did his best to stick to it. Kelly helped us design our space and went through several drafts as our vision changed. This project took 3-4 months to complete and the guys on our team were reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and flexible. We have two young children and a neighborhood full of kids. The work was done during the summer and Chad, our team leader was so thoughtful and careful with the children who were around. All American uses their own staff for the whole job. Chad was there every day and saw our project from through to the end and Chris stopped in about weekly to check the progress. Chad had 15+ years of construction experience and it showed. All American uses the expertise of their staff as well, calling in specialists for plumbing, flooring and electric as needed. Chad was patient and willing to work with us to tweak our project as needed. He talked us through our options and guided us to local or online resources to select our materials. "The Friedman team did truly *amazing* job! Jason (the owner)’s initial visit to our home lasted more than an hour. He asked very detailed questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. The estimate was quickly produced, and was exceeding thorough and clear, spanning a full 2-pages, itemizing all that the job entailed. When there were possible ways of saving money, he offered them. He also suggested a number of clever workarounds we had not considered. The estimated amount was a bit less than the other two quotes we received. In addition, it included items others had not thought to suggest. Other companies said they could begin in 4-6 months. Jason said he would begin in 2-3 weeks and complete the sizable renovation within 3 weeks. Once we agreed to move forward, everything was wrapped up within the timeline he estimated (from my experience, a rare feat!). All members of his crew were friendly, diligent, and highly competent. They were efficient on site, demonstrated great skill, were cautious not to damage anything, and performed a through cleanup, leaving nothing behind. The final product far exceeded our expectations!
