"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! "The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

All went very well with Zimmerlee Construction in the repair of part of a tear-off new roofing job (by a different roofer) which had resulted in some water seepage issues.

Mike worked on the project himself with another worker. The roof repair (along with some subsequent work by a mason) seems to have taken care of the water seepage issues.  I'd like to thank Mike for his assistance in putting our water issues behind us.

"Things started very slowly for us, because of constant rain in the beginning and then one or two of the guys were out sick or injured (not work related). But, once things got under way, everything went really well. First of all, our house is three stories tall and the garage is not attached, also the homes in this neighborhood are quite close to each other, so there wasn't a lot of space on the sides of the house for working. The stucco work made it so that you couldn't even see where the patching and repairs were. And, the painting is just beautiful. We needed some gutters replaced and they even cleaned out gutters which were not part of the job or contract. While the work was being done, there was stuff all over the yard, but at the end of each day it was all cleaned up and piled nicely. Bruce and his guys were very courteous and friendly. Whenever we brought up anything that we felt needed doing, they always took care of it. They never gave us some reason why it couldn't be done. As the work went along we discovered that a ceiling had fallen down in a sleeping porch that we just used for storage. It turned out that water was coming in from poor roofing that had been done years before. After first trying to calk it and finding out that didn't work, we had Bruce repair that section of the roof. So that was a completely separate job and the room is now dry and being brought back into working order. We were so happy with the exterior painting that we have now gone ahead to have some interior rooms redone (the walls torn out and replaced and painted.) The one bedroom that has been done is so beautiful that everyone now wants that to be their room. We went beyond what we had planned to do, so we are having to come to an end here, but we will definitely be getting Bruce back to do further work in the future."

"After several time-related communication issues, and an inability to make the installation work in a timely manner for us, we decided to request a credit and not go ahead with the project.

"We hired Roger to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in a house we had just purchased, to paint the entire interior and to refinish all the wood floors. We are very happy with how it turned out - the kitchen is really beautiful, as are the bathrooms. They look great while maintaining the house's original character. Roger is very focused on quality and it shows in the final product. Roger was also able to get the job done relatively quickly. We needed to move into the house five weeks after the start date, so we agreed that the initial focus would be on completely finishing the upstairs by that time. He worked quickly to get the upstairs/bathroom completed prior to our moving in, and was very respectful of our schedule once we did. The entire project was completed in less than three months. Roger is also very communicative - we texted multiple times almost every day - and the quick communication helped keep the project moving."

"Exceedingly well -- work was done very well, and Curt was able to get the job completed more quickly than expected. As he noticed other small things, he asked if I would like them to do them (like powerwashing my porch.) It's not always easy finding people who will work on a tall house. My house definitely looks much better than before, and I will use Curt for other projects."
