Another wanted to rip out the entire driveway. David, from Bayview was the only one who offered two solutions. Grind it down or cut out one section, remove all the roots and pour new concrete for that section. Though grinding was cheaper, we went with the better solution to replace that section. David was very professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he gave. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend David and Bayview. The installer completely disregarded my detailed instructions, photos, and even a video tutorial I provided. Instead, he created a bizarre and inconsistent pattern, including "tiger stripes" (he called them veins), smudged cloudy areas, and a checkerboard pattern due to overlapping corrections. It looked nothing like what I had specified. Despite multiple conversations with management and the salesman, no one offered a solution or even an apology just arguments and excuses. The job cost me $5,700, and I had to spend another $2,575 to have it redone properly by someone else. This company doesnt stand behind its work and fails to guarantee customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and hire a company that values their clients and their craftsmanship."
