The project manager, Joshua, came out to look at our cracking concrete patio, diagnosed the issue, and had a cost-effective solution for us. He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. "The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

"Alans Construction put a stamped concrete patio in. They ruined the kick plate with the concrete color and refused to pay for it but finally did. The job was done very poorly and sloppy. They didn’t put enough color on the patio nor sealed it. Alan, the owner came back to correct the mess and did not. I have had stamped concrete before and we never needed it touched up or sealed again nor did the color fade. Alan advised me that every 2 months the color has to be added which was just another way of getting money for the poor sloppy job they did on the patio not to mention they ruined our property and said they won’t pay to have it replaced when they ruined our kick plate on the lanai. This company does not know concrete or customer service to make it right."
