"It went great! It took about a day and a half to get them installed. Our house is small but the upper floor's roofline is very high off the ground; the installer had to go up on an extended ladder to reach it, but the gutters are flush against the building all around. "Mr. Register did three different jobs for me summer and fall of 2012. Some general home repairs- fixed some screens, patio door screen, soffit on porch, replaced and refinished an interior room door, and did some minor sheet rock repairs. Everything was done perfectly, he always called back and came when he said he would be here. These jobs took several visits, and the work was completed efficiently and reasonably. <br /> Then I needed some refinishing on my hardwood floors in trouble spots, floors were installed about 12 years ago. He was able to sand the areas, refinish and when the finish wasn't quite right, he immediately returned and worked at it until it looked just right. Really pleased with the floor repairs, it was difficult to get just right, but the floor looks like new. Mr. Register is always very professional and left no mess, reasonable charges. I will call him for any other home repairs I need, and recommend him highly. <br />"

"I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of the roofing project. No, I am not getting paid to post this review. From the first phone call to get a quote, to having Reed come out and bid the job, to color consultation, to work schedule and finally the install, the job couldn't have been smoother or more professional. I was told the dumpster would arrive around 7:45am and it was delivered exactly at that time. The guys that did the work were awesome. I think they got out of the van with tools in hand ready to start the job the minute their feet hit the pavement. I LOVE the outcome."

"Patrick reviewed a video I shared with him and then we discussed the project over the phone. He gave me a preliminary estimate on the phone and said that before the start of the job they'd give a fixed bid for the work. Fortunately, there was an opening in their schedule, so they were able to come out just a few days after I called.  <br /> When Patrick's crew arrived we realized we hadn't factored for a few things and had to make some changes to the original scope of work. Patrick was graciously accommodating, even offering to pick up some plywood from a hardware store so that we'd have a temporary barrier in the bathroom once the old door was taken out. I can't stress enough how kind and accommodating Patrick and his crew were. They turned what could have been a horrible situation into one that exceeded our expectations. <br /> The crew spent about 90 minutes making preparations to ensure that our floors, walls, and doors wouldn't be damaged and that dust would be kept to a minimum. This included laying down felt with MDF on top of areas with tile or marble flooring. They also created a plastic wall through our bedroom so that dust wouldn't enter the rest of it. They even wrapped our front door!  <br /> The crew worked all day and completed the job on time. My wife was busy with our two young kids, so they waited for me to get home from work to inspect the job and ensure we were satisfied before they left. Everything was just as they promised. It was as if angels had come down and magically removed everything. There was no dust or any sign of their being there. They were even able to remove tile that shared a tight corner with other smaller tile we wanted to keep...without damaging a single one. <br /> And to top it all off, the total came out to less than Patrick had estimated. <br /> I've worked with many contractors over the years and can say that none has ever worked harder to ensure we were happy with the work they did. I encourage everyone considering a demolition or removal project to use them. <br />"

"The work went extremely well and turned out better that expected. We had the stone around the gas fireplace replaced with river rock and also had the fireplace itself replaced. Larry, the project manager, did a fantastic job putting the rock in place, making sure that the stones had the right look. While the job took a little longer than originally anticipated, the wait was well worth it. Both Larry and his assistant Brian also made sure to clean up everyday, especially before a weekend, so that we were not put out. They also did a great job building our new linen closet. There is a long hallway on our second floor, and with Mike's help, decided on taking out a portion to build the closet. It only took a few days, and when it was completed, it actually looked like it should have been there all along. Great job. There were also a couple of other minor projects that the team did a great job completing, including building better quality steps in the garage, fixing a couple of doors that were not closing properly, and completing a caulking job left over from the previous owners. All executed extremely well,"

"As part of purchasing a home we negotiated in a new roof. JG Hause had the sale with 50 year shingles and 10 year workmanship warranty. Took their time and sealed the edges up 6 or 8 feet, took pictures and shared them with us, we had a couple minor issues afterwards that they attended too relatively quickly. One issue is outstanding still, they dropped off the materials but haven't completed the work. <br />"
