Starting in November, we called HPC a half-dozen times over several weeks asking for the status of the replacement relay. We were told that the appropriate people would be informed, and that they would call us back with the requested information. On November 11th, I sent an e-mail containing the same information. This resulted in a response containing an estimate for something called a "heat kit". When I asked whether the "heat kit" contained the replacement relay, I got no response. "
