I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"We had what I consider a standard vertical crack in our basement wall/foundation that needed repaired. We got a couple of quotes and Attack a Crack was the least expensive, came with a lifetime guarantee (others were 2-15 years) and the repair they did was less of an eye sore than what others planned to do. Two months later the seal has held and there hasn’t been any leaking. But I’m not concerned about the quality as I know they fixed another leak in our basement septic pipe years ago for the previous owner and there has never been an issue.
