"Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. He was very professional and we are happy with the work completed. The original quote went over after coming across issues that needed to be addressed, but the rates were very low to begin with. "I found Redman construction on Angie's List, and boy, am I glad I did!  The whole team is professional, friendly and has great attention to detail.  This was our first remodeling experience, and Jim and Joe helped us navigate the process, from recommending excellent suppliers for appliances (Yale Appliance) tile (Best Tile) beautiful Bella Wood floors (Lumber liquidators), to providing sub-contractors who were talented and delivered on time services. <br /> Despite a few blips in the process (low water pressure requiring a pipe from the house to the street to be replaced), and extra electrical work on the outside of our house) Joe kept us informed, calm, and basically held our hands through the entire process, which only took 6 weeks (from start to finish) and produced results that far exceeded our expectations. <br /> When the cabinets we ordered came in much darker than the door sample(we later found out the color we picked was discontinued, and no one was informed), Joe  took it in stride and got us replacements in no time. When the tiler had to go out of town before the backsplash was done, they did it themselves, to make sure we had our kitchen done. <br /> The plumber they recommended, Charlie Holmes was amazing, and kept us going with his sense of humor when things felt like they would never end (I don't know how people go through this for months at a time). <br /> Kris, the foreman who was on the job daily was helpful, talented, and convinced that making us happy was the point of his job.  The tiler, the painter, and the electrician were also great. At the end of the job, when all the little details need to be finished, they were more than accommodating to our every wish. <br /> We now have a gorgeous kitchen, a bathroom that our friends are jealous of, and a dining room that looks like one. I would gladly use Redman Construction again, and recommend them to all my friends!"

"Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."
