"I love the pergola and the gorgeous cedar that was used! Almost didn't want to stain it afterwards! I had no issue with David, everything he told me they were going to do they went ahead and did it exactly how it was planned. The price was average but a little on the higher side. It was well worth it though.

A good investment and a very well done job. If you need any arbor done call them, you will not regret it."

"We first hired Deck and Patio to build a new back yard deck with a pergola cover and walkway back in 2015. They showed us pictures from a variety of their past jobs and their references were so impressive that we also hired them to build a stone firepit off the deck, and added accent lighting along the walkway and deck. The finished work was so impressive that we are still (even today) getting comments from guests and even other service people that our back yard is so beautiful, a great place to relax—and they are right. It was not without some glitches along the way—for example, the firepit did not drain off the rain water properly at first. Unpredictable events like this occur with every job, but the difference with this company is that Martin is so attentive and so focused on customer service—they actually stayed with it until the problem was solved, and it has never occurred since. We cannot talk long about Deck and Patio without also referring also to the high level of workmanship and professionalism shown by the work crew. One of these, Charlie Fick, is particularly worthy of comment. A master painter, he takes the time to assess the needs of a job, including not just the color and tone of the paint itself, but the character of the wood and the way it takes the paint. Like Martin, he returns to check the quality of his work and measures it against a high standard. If he is not pleased with the result, he will repeatedly revisit the issue. He told me once that he looks at our place as if it were his own. Finally, our satisfaction with this company is so absolute that we are even discussing a regular program of maintenance in the future for the lighting system, pergola, stonework, and painting. Obviously, we are happy customers! ---MIchael and Tamara McFarland"

"I will never hire anyone else again for carpentry or minor construction work. Sergioâ s team was prompt, professional, and cost effective. The quality of their work was awesome!!! Do not look farther for minor or even major projects. They replaced a rotting main support on my pergola and the entire shade cover. They also installed a dropped down ironing board. I could not be happier with the quality of the work."

"Mr. Ramirez built replacement raised panel shutters to match our existing exterior shutters. Used high quality wood and matched dimensions/design perfectly. Fast. Professional. A true carpenter. Would highly recommend."

"This is the second project where we have used remodel specialist I would highly recommend them. Everyone we worked with were professional and the workmanship is outstanding. They redid our kitchen now the bathroom and outdoor kitchen. I would highly recommend this group."

"I needed a full staircase, deck, drywall and concreat work done. I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of work and how hard Mat worked. He worked 12 hours a day and I was impressed on how fast he finished all the work. Mat took all the scrap away and cleaned up the entier area when he was finished. If you would like to see his work you can call 281-658-7588. He will definitely be doing all of our future home projects!!!"

"am happy with the just-completed pergola/patio project. I had a great experience working with Allied's very abled professionals - Carlos Flores, Pablo DeLeon's, and Richard Rogers. Each of them was responsive and very patient with the many "changes" I made as we worked through the project. The work in each phase -- carpentry, electrical, painting, concrete, and carved stone -- was superb. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail each of the professionals gave to the project. I am confident I will enjoy my new pergola and patio for many years to come! Rose Romero"

"They also did some carpentry work along the roof edges."
