Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."
