"Once in a rare while, you have a opportunity to encounter a great artisan/craftsman! When we decided to replace carpeting and ceramic tile on our entire main floor living space, Desert Hardwood Flooring was enthusiastically recommended by Ms. Sandy Griffis of YCCA (Yavapai County Contractors Association.) Owner, Sylvan Incao, of Desert Hardwood Flooring is an extremely detailed and articulate individual who painstakingly measures for precise dimensions with perfect results. Sylvan and his assistant, Jesse, arrived at the pre-arranged time each morning and before they called it quits for the day, cleaned up both interior and exterior work areas. To keep our expert workers happy and nourished, each day we provided hot lunches and snacks to replenish all those burnt calories used to install the fabulous wood floors and creative entry way tile insert. Needing new floors? Look no further than Desert Hardwood Flooring and hire the BEST!!! Thank you, Sylvan, for your dedication to your craft as well as being an honest and outstanding professional!! "Chad from Precision Title & Flooring responded as soon as I called on August 4th & was at my house on August 8th & completed the repair job to my LVP damaged floor within under 3 hours. Chad was great! He was able to determine how to repair my floor with minimal tear up. Very efficient worker. Thank you Chad"

"Installation was don perfectly, on time and installers were very helpful moving furniture and meticulous clean up. Best contractor I ever worked with."

"We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

"I highly recommend JDS Improvements - for roofing or any other work. (I will be hiring him to do other work around my house later this year.) He removed the old roof and two skylights and replaced them. He coordinated with the HVAC company to remove and replace the roof air conditioner so I was without air conditioning for only a few hours, which, in Arizona is so needed in July! He repaired the inside walls/ceiling that had to be trimmed to accommodate the new skylights. Extremely professional, IMPECCABLE INTEGRITY, responsive, listened and answered all of my many many questions, and accommodated my special needs. His crews are very respectful and after the work was done they cleaned up all areas - inside and outside. When they had to work inside, they put paper on the floors to walk on, paper on the counters, and then put plastic around the skylight opening when they repaired that area. They cared for and respected my house as if it was theirs and left it clean with no trace they were even there. Nothing was too small - the attention to the details was welcoming. Having lived in Sedona for 10 years I have finally found a contractor who does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he is going to show up, and not only walks you through the process but also talks to you about possible complications/issues and offers multiple solutions. QUALITY WORK AT GOOD RATES. I know I will never hire any other contractor for any home project I have in the future!! I know that I will never have to worry that the job was done right - the first time!!!"

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
