"Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered. Found a piece of debris and now that's working better.

The workmanship and attention to detail from Jose, who was assigned to the job from start to finish was exceptional. In the end, he did a beautiful job on all of the tile work, electrical work, painting, and installation. My house was built in 1924 and has tons of idiosyncracies and Jose had to work around to complete the job.
