"I hired Charlotte Roofing Specialist to do a roof replacement at my house. The experience was excellent. Both Mike and Holly had great communication skills throughout the install. The crew that performed the roof replacement was very thorough and did a great job cleaning up each day. Overall, it was a 2 day process to complete the roof replacement. "We got an estimate on just the roof over our addition that was leaking and on the whole roof. The guy who came to do the estimate was very honest and told us that we had another 4 or 5 years left on the whole roof if we just wanted to get the addition done now. I feel he could have pushed for the whole roof, but he didn't and we appreciated that. The work was completed quickly, the workers were in and out with no mess left behind and we are very satisfied with everything!"

"What went well: -Manager was a prompt, helpful communicator -Quality of workmanship was good -Both workers were skilled -When discussing exactly how much wall to tear out and how much siding to replace he was very willing to 'do as much or little as you want.' What didn't go well: -Labor cost is appx $1/minute per worker. Both workers came and looked at the situation, then BOTH left to get supplies and were gone over 2 hours. Granted the siding to my house can be difficult to find, but since BOTH went shopping, shopping time alone cost $200. -Part of the project involved installing a dog door. When the guy went to install it, it was missing piece, so I had to go to PetSmart and buy another one. When I left, he said, "I guess I'll just sit in my truck until you get back." I said, "You could cut the sheetrock or bead board." I was only gone about 20 minutes, and when I got back, the garage where the sheetrock and bead board were stored was still closed and he was not at the work area. Pretty sure that smoking break cost me $20. -Later that day, I didn't hear any activity for about 20 minutes and saw them on a smoke break. $40 smoke break. There were other smoke breaks as well, and I understand they need a little break, but 20 min seemed excessive. Perhaps they should have take a formal lunch break. -The day after they left, I went to paint and found about half the nail holes not caulked and part of the sheetrock work was lumpy and not sanded. Conclusion: Overall nice job, but due to the unfinished work and extra cost, I wouldn't use them again."

"We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. Troy sent us pictures of the job as he did the work. He boards to be replaced. I trust Troy and Recommend him to anyone. Troy has a real good team they were on time and left every night and cleaned up after them self.When the work was done the only thing they left was A REAL NICE ROOF ON THE HOME AND Garage AND OVERHANG Thank you Troy for a real nice job so glad we found you.
