"Overall the project was an excellant and easy experience. I decided to take a chance on a pre-sales person who stopped by walking the neighbor hood, and I'm glad I did in this case. The sales person was very professional and explained the entire process in detail. The work crews did a great job. I had a new metal roof, new gutters and gutter guard installed. The materials they used were top quality products and the metal roof was purchased from a US company. The support people were responsive to questions that I had after the project was complete and thoroughly answered my questions. There were a few small details missed or not done according to the sales person's explanation, but I discussed those with the support people. Overall I would definitely use this company again for other projects if the need should arise."

After spending over an hour looking around, the gentleman gave my dad an estimate for $37,000! After my dad declined, he then dropped his estimate 2 more times and said the lowest he can go is $14,000. When my dad asked why he didn't start that low, he replied "well some people will pay the $37,000". He also went on to tell my dad how this was an investment, and he wouldn't get anything lower (keep in mind my dad is a disabled senior on a fixed income). When my dad told him he already received a quote from another company for $8,500 - he was followed by questions of who was that cheap and asked why my dad would even have him come out (when every company should know that most people would/should get multiple estimates).
