"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Iâ m a repeat customer. Grand Street Handyman is my go to when I need help with large or small job. In 2023 we had an extensive remodel the required about every skill a carpenter posses, the job lasted 7 weeks. In 2024 we had smaller jobs that required plumbing & electrical as well as a porch & siding project . Grand Street did an awesome job. Handyman doesnâ t justly identify the company. Theyâ ve done much more than handyman projects for us."

"Cannot really answer these questions honestly, as the actual remodeling job has not been started. The material is ordered, but in the beginning, Tate said the job would start in late June. However, when he returned again to measure and choose the cabinets I asked when it would be started he said not until late Sept. Which was a great disappointment for me. I paid $9,000 that day so he could order the cabinets etc. (Which he did. Tate is very accommodating and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I guess the delay is due to the waiting time for the cabinets to be ready. Hopefully, the job will not be delayed again!"

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
