From the very beginning Julian was very personable, knowledgeable, always polite, and respectful, and always available. One of the things that impressed me most was once I explained what I was looking for, he went to work right away bringing or shipping me samples or letting me know where I could find something similar to take a look at that I might like, and I never felt rushed at any time.
