"The US-TECH INC. BUILDERS Team did excellent work, with requilding my home garage. No upkeep was given to my 2-car garage for decades, and the wear-and-tear was definitely showing. A couple of companies wanted to charge me for a full tear down and new build. US TECH came thru, reviewed the damaged areas, and then estimated to replace and rebuild those problem areas, to have the entire garage looking like a new build. "I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. Everyone that comes into my home always compliments my kitchen. Thank you Morpho for making my kitchen absolutely beautiful!!"

"Artistic Construction (AC) completed two relatively small bathroom remodels. In one bathroom, the shower door was replaced with a frameless Euro-Style glass door. The shower door opening was not perfectly square, but AC was able to get the right custom measurements so that the door would fit. The door looks great! In another bathroom, AC replaced a shallow bath tub with a deeper soaking tub. They were able to match the existing ceramic tile and replaced all the plumbing and electrical fixtures. The bathroom looks brand new!"

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

"It went well. The only thing he wasn't able to assist me with was removing old garage door weather seal and installing the new seal I had bought. He had never done it before and admitted he wasn't too sure about how to deal with the door's structure in accomplishing this job. He suggested I call someone who deals with garage doors more.
I took the advice of other reviews and had a to-do list ready. I listed more than I knew he had time for and prioritized them so that I could use the full 2 hrs productively.
