"Joe was excellent! I have had other Cesspool companies service my Cesspool over the years. The last time I had my cesspool serviced by was a supposed very reputable company, I was told my Cesspool was an original block pool and that it would more than likely need to be replaced very soon. I was charged over $600 for it to be pumped and less than a year later was left with the same problem. Joe did some investigation and verified that I in fact have a septic tank with an overflow. Joe further explained if they’re only pumping the septic tank, it does no good, the overflow needs to be pumped, which is where the majority of the solid waste goes. He located the overflow put a cap so we know where it is going forward. All is good. What could’ve been close to a $10,000 job round up being 1/10 of that cost. Excellent experience, Joe’s company lives up to its name. Would highly recommend!"
