One concern we had was that we were getting a musty smell which made us think mold could be a threat to our health.  The encapsulation completely eliminated the odor and has put our minds at ease regarding any future possible mold concerns.  The only thing we would add is that the finished surface is is a only so smooth as it went over pea gravel and a plastic screen-like base.  It does't appear that this will be an issue for us as we move things in and out for storage, but it might others.  Overall, we are very happy!

"We were led to believe by several contractors that our downspouts were tied into the sewer.  After this winter opened things up we realized that were not tied into anything and there was a make-shift drain tile "near" the downspouts.  Several places came up with expensive alternatives that did not make too much sense to me.  Vince came in with an immediate solution that made sense and was affordable.  Great experience.
