"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. "For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"
