"Called him late Friday that our water supply was going on and off.  He asked if we could hold off till Monday and I told him surely as the water was working, but going.  He called SUNDAY just to make sure we were ok.  Told me a few suggestions to make sure the water stayed on.
Showed up on time and gave me a few options on repair and price.

They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. He is also very personable and diligent when informing his customers of their job status. I highly recommend d them."

I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. "The plumber arrived within the promised window, and called earlier in the morning to let me know an approximate arrival time.  I had already obtained a replacement garbage disposal, and he quickly installed that.  The other problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain.  He used the access port (unscrewed a cap) and snake and quickly cleared the clog.  The service was good and prompt.
However, the price seems to me to be quite high for the services performed. Altogether the visit took 1 hour and 5 minutes.  The breakdown on the costs were:  $58 for the "dispatch fee" ( basic charge to come to the house); $244 for the replacement of the garbage disposal (note, I provided the new disposal); and $189 for the clog clearing.  I asked about the basis of the charges and was told that these were fixed fee services.
I had used an Angie's List "Deal" coupon ($100 for $200 in service), so the total cost to me was $391.  Even that seems quite high, certainly not a "deal".  However, it is difficult for me to know whether overall these are standard and competitive rates or not.  Overall, the basic services I needed were performed well, but I will not use this company again due to what seems to me to be excessive cost."

"Juan and his team did a great job painting the exterior of our house and fixing all the exterior wood areas that were damaged or needed to be replaced. He even helped us remove some big bushes and fixed some of our vinyl siding pieces. His price was very fair and they worked around my schedule and completed the job in a timely manner."

"Kdk did a great job renovating our half bath into a full handicap bathroom. They installed a handicap toliet and shower, tile, flooring, lights. It has been great for my father in law who had a very hard time getting up and down the stairs to take a shower. He was very professional, outgoing, and finished in a timely manner. It was a lot of work but they did excellent work. I am very satisfied with the work and I am looking forward to working with them for future renovations.
