"We initially contacted 5 different contractors for an estimate and we decided to go with FA Outdoor Spaces because they were the most responsive, punctual, and attentive one out of all 5. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola.
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it. When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish. Three coats of stain/sealant were applied. Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed. Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice. The pergola was then stained and sealed. It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk. They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself. Theses folks are a class act!

"George was great! The screen install on our older home with non-standard windows turned out to be pretty complicated. He was consistently pleasant, communicative, and took extra time to ensure that each window fitting (17 in all) was perfect. We love our new screens and will be hiring him for other contracting work in the future. Thank you!"

"It went very well. This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down. The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive. This was not the contractor's fault though. The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for. What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.
The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly. The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount. We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
Highly recommend!"
