Provided an estimate that was more than fair and quickly made the necessary repairs. He was even able to locate a irrigation valve that was buried in the yard years ago. "I have used Creative Gardening twice. Mr. Riccelli is easy to talk to, a transplanted "Southern Gentleman" from the north, and an expert at what he does. The first time we used him, he was referred to us by Bennett Nurseries as we needed some dogwoods replaced that had died (planted by our subdivision's landscapers). When he came by with our new dogwoods and his two helpers he showed me how the others were planted too deep and told me exactly how and why he was going to plant the new ones higher. The new dogwoods are doing great and bloomed this year. So when we decided to plant a River Birch in our backyard, we called him to do the job. He came by first to discuss where we wanted it planted and wanted to make sure that was the tree we wanted. Then he told us that in order to keep the branches and leaves, etc. out of our neighbors' yards, we should plant it several feet away from our fence. I appreciate the fact that he took our neighbors into consideration. The price quoted both times was very reasonable. The jobs were done well and in good time. I even called Mr. Riccelli the night before delivery and installation of the River Birch in panic mode with questions and he graciously spent the time explaining and sharing his expertise about the tree, it's root system, growth, etc. I thoroughly recommend Creative Gardening and would use them again. In fact, he is now working on a plan of redoing our flower beds at the front of the house. He came by yesterday to talk with us and give us his expertise. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Such a joy to work with."
