"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have. "At a silent auction for Women of Excellence at Bedford, I won the  bid on a certificate for a half day's work of a handyman from this contractor.  Since I bid on several items, I don't remember exactly what I bid for this certificate.  I had no problem setting up a time for handyman to come to our house about a week after I contacted Pritchett Bros. The man arrived almost exactly at on time.  He had all the tools (and more) necessary for job on his truck.  After measuring the gap between the door and the frame, he had to run to a lumberyard to buy a piece of wood from which he sawed a strip about 1/8-inch wide to fill the gap. Using a mixture of stains we had on hand, he matched the strip to our existing door frame, then nailed it in place.  The new strip necessitated drilling a new hole in the door jamb for the door latch and reinstalling our strike plate.  He then drilled the necessary holes and installed a new dead lock for us.  He finished by moving a plastic strip seal on the outside of the door closer to the door to improve the weather tightness of the door.  A very workmanlike job! He took about 3 hrs. 45 min. for the job.  With the certificate I had won in the silent auction, all I had to pay was $10.48 for the piece of lumber he purchased for the strip along the door jamb."
