"Do not trust these people nor the company ruthless people. I had my two system replaced paid 1000s of dollars. Initially they talk nicely and get the work from you, later they make you pay more money on different reasons even though you pay them whatever they ask they do not finish the work as professionals, and once they leave they never take your calls or respond for the issues which obviously raised due to their poor service. Sameer uxxxx he is the person worked for us and not a professional for the job. Do not ever trust this person. "

"Pleased with the new A/C unit. It stopped running a week or so after the install. I called them and they responded within an hour to find the problem immediately and restored my cooling. My cleaning service recommended that I have my ducts cleaned. Strickland did it and I'm very pleased. The dark gray dirty interior of the air returned to a silvery color of the original duct. Air is now much cleaner in the house from a better filter system, uv light in the intake and the clean ducts."

"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."

"It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again."
