"I had an emergency repair of a couple of water leaks from the main line of my house. Lonnie came right to assess repairs, left & came back within the hour to do the repairs. It's been over a month now & the repairs are holding up nicely. This is not the first plumbing/drainage job this company has done for me. "When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"The original problem was a backed up sewer line. What turned out was the main pipe had become corroded and tree roots already invaded it along a span of three feet of pipe. The mere clearing of this main line was futile and I already paid a previous plumber for this. Joey’s Co. ran a video camera and showed me the problem live and advice me to cut the section of the pipe and replace. Also, two toilets in the home were old and working inefficiently and needed to be replaced immediately. Also, I learned that with cast iron pipes, you need to run more pressure water or else you stand to cause plugs in the line. Part of the service provided this day was to inform and educate me and my family in the construction and materials used in old homes like mine. The information was honest, sincere and, as everything turned out in the end, correct. I am pleased to recommend Joey’s Plumbing Co. to everyone."

"Great! One faucet was dripping when turned off; the other was dripping at the handle when turned on. The one that was dripping was a newer faucet so that was a bit easier to fix. The other one required some work on their part, but they were able to replace the faucet. Now we have newer handles on both faucets and no leaks when on or off!"
