They called to keep us updated on their arrival and arrived at the time they told us that they would. Rick evacuated the cracks we had in our basement walls, inspected inside and outside of our house, and gave us recommendations as to how to secure the walls. After making his suggestion to help solve the situation, he shared diagrams and dimensions of the project before giving us a written estimate of the job. Tyler and Mark came out to complete the project. Tyler called to confirm the time that they would arrive, arrived on time, walked with us down the basement and showed us on his tablet, as well as in the basement, what they were going to do. They protected our floors by covering the tile and carpet and did a thorough clean up! They were very professional, respectful, reliable and honest! Thank you for a job well done! "First of all, I highly recommend A.L.F. Heating, Cooling!! I got in contact with Austin about a replacing our old central heat and air system and he was very quick to reply and discuss our needs. He found us a whole system that fit right into our budget and had the whole thing installed in a couple of days. The price he gave us included everything; there were no extra charges for anything extra, but let's not forget the all the little extras he did do for us at no extra charge. He went above and beyond to do a good job! After a few days of running our new A/C I can say everything works perfectly and we're nice and comfortable once again. "Website promises a "thorough" evaluation - actual evaluation provided was minimal, with maximal attempted upsell. Representative informed me, "We don't fix leaks or prevent water entry, we divert the water to drain it." The so-called "solution" offered was to rip up the finished basement carpet and jackhammer the floor to lay a drainpipe from the window area all the way to the sump 50 feet away (which would also require tearing up and through the finished theater room). Like taking a car in for a flat tire and being offered the purchase of a different vehicle. I took down the drywall myself and established that water entry at ground level above the foundation had rotted the frame around the window - replacing the lumber and resealing the egress area will solve the problem. "Solution" offered by Thrasher would have done nothing to resolve issue. Company may well provide services suitable for unfinished basements - however did not make the slightest attempt to diagnose my problem and provide an appropriately logical fix."

"**CAUTION** Be careful when the operators of their big trucks are anywhere near your vehicles. One of their operators drives his truck home in the evenings. Last month he backed into the drivers side of my son's car - hitting it hard enough into the curb to bend the rear sway bar of the opposite side - but he insists he didn't feel anything. I have given this person the benefit of trying to fix it (keeping it away from his employer/insurance and driving record) but he continues to flake out. I have now contacted Power Lifts home base in Texas and they are wanting me to deal directly with the kid who hit my son's car to begin with --- how does any of that make sense? No - that time has expired as I've been too nice and beyond patient up to this point as the car is non-driveable. When you employ someone and they drive your company's vehicles you now become reliable for their actions and damages. It definitely would make me hesitant to ever use a company like this who passes the buck to their employees."

"Concrete was poorly done 2 years ago, the color was light grey compared to new concrete pored by an another company. Finish was smooth rather than brushed for traction, concrete was sprayed all over back home wall and grill. Parts were higher than others so not a great grade. Concrete cracked within 1 year and completely failed by year 2. Top lift off and crumbling. Mario said he’d take care of it but months went by without resolve, delays and ignoring communications. Do not recommend this company."
