It was way up by the chimney and too high and difficult for me to get to. I called several places to repair the siding and to inspect the roof and siding for any additional damage. Bear Exteriors was the only place that bothered to call back. They came out quickly and Cody spent time fixing the siding and even took the time to repair a piece of the chimney that was loose. He also fixed several places on the roof where he noticed some shingles were coming loose. I was so impressed with the customer service. We will need to replace our roof and siding within the next couple of years and they will definitely be at the top of our list."

The vinyl windows/patio doors they use are from Alside and are excellent quality. After the hail storm here in Bloomington in 2013 they replaced our roof.
