"I recently moved into a new house that needed some cat6 network cabling run through a 3 story house that had zero attic/crawl space. I met with Tim and Connor, who came out, and inspected the place and came up with a plan that would allow me to run the cables on the inside of the house through the walls of the 3 floors. High Tech Home was also the only company to even attempt to run the wires on the inside. All the other guys wanted to run cabling on the outside of the house. Once Tim brought in a ladder and a few simple tools to determine some framing questions, I knew these guys knew their stuff. Based on all of the quotes I got, theirs was not only reasonable but they listened to what I wanted (inside wiring) and they made it work! On install day Tim and Turner came out and knocked out the work in 4 hours, running multiple cat 6 cables to the required rooms to allow multiple networks (e.g. video streaming on it's own network). These will be my guys for any future smart-wiring jobs at my new house!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
