"Sunny showed up on time to give me an estimate for repairs, showed the pictures of the work to be done and gave me a very reasonable price, then did the work with materials he had that matched what was already on the roof. I don't this entire process took more than an hour. The added bonus was working with someone who was actually customer service oriented."

"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"I would not hesitate to recommend - responsive, great communication, reasonable pricing. We had a disastrous roof flooding experience from a flat roofed dormer and needed it fixed quickly. As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."

"Certified Roofing was fantastic. They promptly sent a technician out to diagnose my problem and promptly made repairs. Their prices were very reasonable."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."

"Samantha, from Central Exteriors, was very nice. She understood with the upcoming rain, a repair was urgent. She scheduled Walter to come to our house the same day to make the repairs. Walter came out, explained exactly what he was going to do, and took care of the issue. He showed us how the bolts used were too short, causing the issue. He explained that using caulk to patch the holes would have only been a temporary fix, so he replaced the shingles. You can't even tell now there was a satellite dish there at one time."

"I would highly recommend Augustine Roofing. I have known the owner for almost 15 years and have used him as an expert in dozens of property damage claims. He is highly knowledgeable about all roofing materials. He is frankly honest when a roof can be repaired versus replaced. His staff in the office always communicates well with clients and very timely. I’ve referred Augustine Roofing for roof replacements two dozens of people I know who have been highly satisfied."

"ARHT Home Solutions just replaced the roof of my home in Burtonsville, MD and the workers craftmanship is amazing!!! The GAF HDZ Architectural charcoal colored shingles and chimney flashing, rejuvenated the look of my home. ARHT gave me the space to provide feedback and ask questions regarding the process/contracts without pushy salesman tactics. Suzanne, Widman, and Mike’s GREAT communication skills make me feel safe knowing that I was getting the necessary repairs done to fit my budget. Even with weather constraints, ARHT got the job done timely and in a quality manner."

"Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience."

"If Erick Castro, and the ExteriorMax team, tells you he can partner with you and your homeownerâ s insurance to replace your roof, believe him! Iâ d had a roof replacement on my long-term home project list for a long time. Itâ s just one of those projects that is hard to justify if you canâ t see it and itâ s not leaking! A recent storm resulted in a few shingles missing and Erick and team proactively reached out to let me know how they could help, based on the age and availability of similar materials. What seemed too good to be true resulted in one of the best home improvement projects Iâ ve experienced. In addition to the way Erick activated the process of assessing our needs, he helped run point as our advocate throughout claim process. The extended ExteriorMax team exceeded my expectations in communication, organization, cost estimates, timelines, and quality of work. They truly function as a cohesive team who support each other and the customer. If only more companies and teams operated at this level of execution on delivery and service to their customers."
