"Days before the installation, I received a phone call from Foster Flooring that if is okay to them arrive two hours late. I have no problem with it. I'm happy their professionalism and informed me early. They arrived and removed the old carpet, clean up the dust and sand under the old carpet pad. Once the new carpet is installed, The quality and color are so much different than before. Of course, our dogs are happy too. <br /> In term of select a right carpet, the best way is go to Foster Flooring and tell them your problem and concern, and which type of carpet should be best fit to you. In some point in my past experience, customer's preference or choice or favorite may not a good thing even you love some carpet. That's my advise to all of you. From that day we ordered and installed, it took 2 weeks time. <br /> Even I had a minor issue that i don't know what it is. I called and described the situation to them and they sent a person few days later. That was my new office chair caused it. Then, I was recommended with few options and my office chair should have an office chair pad. Therefore, they did a good job. Overall, I am happy for it."
