"Hard-working crew came out and patched up some places in drywall, secured flashing around my chimney, replaced some rotten wood under a cabinet, replaced kick plate and shoe molding around sink, fixed sink, replaced some water-damaged wood under a gutter and fixed some posts on the patio. <br /> We showed them a variety of areas that needed touching up and they knew what they were doing and said with confidence "yes, we can do that." <br /> The work was finished in two days and before they would take a check they asked us to take a walk-through to inspect heir work. <br /> It is so hard to get someone to commit to coming out and fixing things up, but we were very pleased at this crew. <br />"

"Overall I was very satisfied with the work.  The true measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go perfectly.  I had a few minor issues during the painting.  The painter accidentally knocked over a vase and broke it.  He felt terrible and apologized profusely.  Float n' Coat immediately reimbursed me for the vase.  Accidents happen and I was pleased with the way it was handled and how I was treated.  <br /> Both Jason and Patrick were very professional and the walls/ceilings look great.  They made sure I was satisfied completely before leaving and calling the project complete. <br />"

"They are great. Punctuality, price and quality of work. The roof developed a leak in the spring when we were getting all of that rain in April and May. I had them come out and give me an estimate, I believe the young mans name was Scott. He was very professional and very courteous. He gave me a date when they would be able to come out and repair the roof. They had to work me in because they were very busy at the time due to the weather. Something came up and I did not have the money to pay them at that time so I called Scott and told him I would have to postpone them coming out because I would not have the money to pay them on that date. He sent his crew out anyway and told me that I could pay them when I got the money. Luckily it was just a setback of a couple of weeks and he accepted a post dated check. I do not know of to many companies that would be willing to do that. Thank you Mr. Smith and company!! <br />"
