We did a great deal of remodeling in our family room and Steve and his crew were very knowledgeable and quick and we couldn't have hoped for better work. Everything looks amazing. They've also torn out old carpet and installed vinyl flooring in the family room, master bedroom two hallways including stairs. They have scraped and repainted our decking ..built new stairs with that and done some waterproofing repair on our deck overhang. We very highly recommend H and E Construction. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Ryan Seminario/Black Iron Construction installed a sliding door package in our living room. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a smaller project but Ryan was totally on board. This project required installing a header and re-constructing the wall to fit the doors, putting up drywall, sanding and texturing the wall and putting up new siding on the outside. He did a beautiful job! He paid attention to detail and got everything right. He is very good about communicating. Especially when he will be on site and what he will be working on. When he wasn't comfortable doing the wiring needed for our project, he was honest and upfront with me. We worked together and found an electrician to do it. He put up a plastic wall around the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Black Iron Construction for any project."

"Knight Flooring has done a fabulous job for us! We hired them to help us with the renovation of the Westbank Convention Center. They helped us pick out the perfect floor coverings, gave us great suggestions for placement, and did beautiful tile work and installation of our new wood floor. As with any older building, we ran into a few snags along the way. Casey and his crew took on the extra work and saw us through completion. Not an easy chore. They also did some construction work installing a new door way and new baseboards. Our satisfaction was their number one goal and we are so pleased with their work! We highly recommend them."
