"This company feels pretty predatory. They showed up to our house unsolicited, and spent two hours trying to sell us windows on the spot. They insisted on offering us financing, without just quoting the price of each window itself. Their knowledge level was impressive and their sales pitch was really thorough. But it felt like they were just trying to make a buck and didnâ t care about us as homeowners making a smart decision."

"The lack of experience in home renovations and product knowledge as well as the failure of the company to train their employees caused this project to be delayed significantly. This company does not provide realistic expectations for customers or subcontractors and there are communication problems from YHIC to subcontractors and YHIC to customers. This company cannot hold employees. Your best bet is to find a different company or find your own subcontractors and manage it yourself. Took 3 months to complete after I was told it would take 2 days. Called the scheduling department for an appointment, the majority of lines from that department were disconnected from service. nobody had oversight on our project Had to take time out of my day to go into the warehouse to schedule someone to come out and finish my project after the correct items came in (they ordered the wrong things, had 3 people check the order and still got it wrong)"
