"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year.
