When he returned later that night for his money, I told him and he promised to return and fix the problem---which he did. I have a very large/tall house so the price was $200----don't know if that is a bit high but since I didn't have the means to do it myself and it really needed to be done to help solve seepage into the basement, I suppose this was fair."
