"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"Our remodel was done good. Fito the foreman was very easy to work with. Him and his crew were cooperative and helped us with things we needed done. Our project manager was good and he coordinated the other contractors to come out to do the railing and shower door and the deep cleaning for the house after the job was done. We really appreciated that. We want to thank you for everyone’s hard work and their diligence in working on our project. Best Mimi and Alvin Yee"

"Excellent! Dave took care of a number of repairs, communicated very well, had to purchase some items to do the repairs, was honest about his time and billing, and researched some future projects which I plan to hire him for. I am so grateful I found him through Angi!"

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"I reached out to DB Construction needing my ceiling repaired and repainted due to a leak in my condo. David and Daniel were extermely easy to reach, prompt, and professional. The scope of work was clear from the beginning to end. Their quality of work was superb as well. They were receptive to my needs, which is greatly appreciated considering that this is a smaller scale job. I also appreciate their awareness and courtesy while working in my condo; they were conscious of the noise that was created and even made sure to clean any common areas where they tracked. Thanks so much! You have a customer for life. :)"

"Great company to work with, very good communication and reasonably priced, everything was as described and agreed."

"The guys did a wonderful and professional job and I recommend the company to my friends and family!"

"I canâ t recommended Petra enough. As a first time home owner, dealing with renovations for the first time is stressful. Petra made it a smooth, transparent and even a fun process. Everything from design, ideation, cost considerations to execution was professionally and personally managed. The workers themselves were very polite and professional and also left everything clean â like newâ when they left. Overall our bathroom remodel was successful and I will definitely hire them again."
