He would recheck everything and made sure also it was to his perfection. A few months before this remodel. They installed a new composite decking & concrete patio. Which is wonderful and we now enjoy being in our backyard. They will now be remodeling our guest bathroom in a few months. Which we didnâ t plan on. But since they found dry rot under the toilet in the master bathroom and other places. We then realized the other bathroom had the same issues."
