Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "AFE, Inc. replaced all of our aluminum open soffit vents with vinyl hidden soffit vents. And, they re-covered all of the fascia with aluminum. We also had some vinyl siding installed on the back side of the house in the pool deck area. We didn't really know what to expect, but after all was done, we like the way it turned out."

His work is professional and did everything that he said he was going to do in a timely manner. If you need anything repaired/installed, I would recommend Ed very highly. Very nice man."

"The office staff were professional and responsive, but the remodel was contracted out. The cabinets were a clunky design, rough edges, shelves with cheap and hard to adjust hardware, paint cheap and already wearing off. The installer was very good and went above and beyond to work the cabinets into my kitchen, but it took longer than expected due to design issues. Was offered a front door replacement, but the salesman did not talk about hidden costs (permit, modification for a cat door or peep hole), so this was almost more expensive than the kitchen remodel. Loved the granite counter though!"
