His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. They were well trained, very clean and competent and did a beautiful installation. All work was completed in under two hours. They patiently answered all my questions as they worked and were very professional from start to finish. The heater looks and works great and I am more than satisfied. I plan to call Mark for any and all of my future plumbing needs and have no problem recommending him to friends.."
