He spent an entire day completing projects, with a wonderful assistant. He removed and installed two toilets, which required extra work because the old toilets had rusted parts in the floor. Gordon Senior figured out how to fix the problems, and purchased materials to complete the job. He also replaced two outdoor faucets and installed two new indoor faucets. He snaked our sewer pipes out to the street and showed us the condition of our sewer pipe on a live video. A lot was accomplished in a day's worth of work. Our only disappointment was that he didn't follow through with providing a bid on replacing the sewer pipe, which will need to be done eventually."

The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required.
