"The job went well in the beginning while I was paying them in increments ,but the job started to get sloppy.The cabinet installers left a lot of wood clippings inside the cabinets from their drilling.It took my sister a day to clean the cabinets out which they were supposed to clean up behind themselves.The quality of the cabinets aren’t the best.I’m having problems with one of the cabinet drawers not closing properly.They also left trash at my house daily,and I had to constantly tell them to remove it.The cabinet guys installed an island cover over the base of the island that I paid $1900 for which was poor quality.The island cover is crooked,and it has gaps at the top of it with dried caulk all over the base of it.Flavio left caulk between the hardwood planks,and he promised to return to clean it up,but he never returned.The hardwood floor planks in the hallway sinks in and shift when you walk on the floor because the flooring guys didn’t put enough glue underneath the planks.Also,I had a leak underneath the kitchen sink and when I called flavio to come repair it,he promised that he would send the plumber to fix it.I had to constantly call and text him then flavio and Jess blocked my calls.I had to get my sister to call flavio and jess from her phone number that they didn’t recognize to get them to respond which is a shame.When I was paying them in increments,they were really responsive and willing to please.However,after I paid them in full,they treated me like I didn’t matter anymore.Flavio told me the work came with a year warranty,but he didn’t want to fix any of the sloppy workmanship."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Jim and team were wonderful.  Jim is a mentor to his team and they were the most polite group of young men I've ever met in my 25+ years of being a homeowner.  They worked hard and provided daily updates.  As a bonus, Jim installed all of my new outdoor light fixtures and a door handle rather than replacing the old ones after painting.  They were able to get our pool cage white again, and we no longer want to replace the entire cage. .
