"We worked with S&W to renovate a kitchen, powder bathroom, hall bathroom and completely create a bathroom. It was a huge, huge process. We have a 1930s colonial and we were looking for someone that could create rooms that would fit in the vibe of this home, but be very functional and durable for our young family. We followed Larissa, our designer, on Instagram and contacted her - she met with us quickly and was bubbling over with ideas for our project. Larissa is talented, organized, incredibly responsive and detail-oriented. She has a knack for creating spaces that are gorgeous and functional. She understands how a family actually lives in a home and helped guide my husband and I in selecting layouts, fixtures, and products that would support our needs. Larissas team is also fantastic - they’re equally dedicated to producing quality work, even on hard jobs. Related to the construction side of S&W… this is always going to be a little tricker b/c to my knowledge NO ONE loves living in construction, which is exactly what we did (with a toddler). However, hindsight being 20/20, I will say that the teams selected by S&W did quality work. Certainly there were times that I felt that we needed more communication, more results. But, overall, our end product is superb. Additionally, there was always a person to escalate a problem to and the problem was always handled. Anything that we found to be less than, they’d work to get fixed. Even after our project wrapped, Mike (our PM by the end) dispatched relevant teams to correct any small issues that cropped up. In addition to the gorgeous end product in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms, I'd say a huge benefit is that S&W will stick to their word, they will show up, they will answer their phones (even after the project is wrapped). Which I think is pretty unique and shows a level of quality that I would recommend."

All Around Handyman was great with communication, showed up when they said they would, and the technician was courteous and professional. We felt the price was fair and were relieved that they could respond so quickly, as we needed the work done before receiving out of town guests for Thanksgiving. "They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. Those couple of items were addressed quickly and better than I expected or asked for. I recommend working with D R J Construction for quality and stunning workmanship."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise.
