He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. "I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!"

"I hired this contractor to complete some repair work on the two posts of the front door of our home. The contractor had me pay half ($1200) upfront and we scheduled a date for the work to be completed. When the designated time and date arrived, the contractor did a great job reviewing the work he would be completing and the costs associated. The job took a weekend to complete. After the job was completed on a Sunday afternoon, I informed the contractor I would be getting a cashier's check to pay him the rest in full just like before. However, I hit a snag with my bank and transferred money to the wrong account # and that created a delay in paying them. Long story short, the contractor was very rude and disrespectful during the communication with him. Unfortunately, because he lacks professionalism, I informed him that after we concluded this business transaction, I would it be using him in the future and I certainly will not be recommending him. Lesson learned."
