"Usually, I do not do reviews especially if they are negative, but this time it is a duty to save the next possible customers of this company from throwing money in the garbage and from severe headaches to fix the disasters that these people, who claim to be in business for over 40 years, let on your property. I called this company because I needed to change some of the fence posts and fix the two entry gates. The owner came for an estimate and after the inspection, he tells me it takes $ 850 for 4 posts and to repair the 2 gates, half of which as a down payment. I ask him when do you plan to do the job. The answer was within a couple of weeks. I paid half with my credit card. And since I paid by credit card, they added another 4 percent. From that moment I did not hear from him for 3 weeks until I decided to call. The first thing he asked me was if I was happy with the work done. What work?!! The work has not been done yet !!! He says let me check and I will call you back. The next day he sends me a text where he says the workers would come the next day. The next day 2 workers come and immediately the eldest of the 2 Mark, who had professed to do this job for over 40 years, began to swear because according to him this fence is shit and should not be repaired but replaced etc etc. Then he comes to me and tells me there is another post that needs to be replaced and then the price would go up another $ 190. Anyway, in short, they changed 5 posts, they fixed (euphemism) one gate but they did not really touch the other gate because it had the same problem as before. They devastated my lawn, all the concrete they removed from the old posts they crumbled and left on the lawn. One of the posts they changed is much looser than it was before and one gate they have not fixed. In order to send them away I paid the second half of the initially agreed amount but I did not give them the extra $ 190 because the work was done poorly and was not completed. After 5 minutes the owner calls me very angry because I had not paid the $ 190 and told me that he would take me to court ... Let go to court my friend !!! But I do not know if it is convenient for you !!! Stay away from this company if you can, arrogant and unprofessional people. Economy Fence = Economy only on the quality of job."

"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them!"

FAQs for pool enclosure repair projects in Indianapolis, IN

An individual pool screen repair makes sense when someone accidentally tore the fabric of a single screen or a certain section has mold or mildew. If you need to repair a large number of your pool screens, however, it could be a more cost-effective solution to consider completely rescreening the whole pool enclosure all at once.

A pool lanai is similar to a pool enclosure, except it is considered an extension of a house. It sits under an existing truss roof rather than a separate shelter. Homeowners often outfit pool lanais with furniture, home décor, and other additions like audio-visual systems. A small lanai costs as little as $1,000 for materials and labor. Most lanais stay under $3,000 on the high end, but intricate layouts or large extensions can cost more in labor and materials.

Pool screens have varying lifespans based on their construction. Fiberglass screens last from 10 to 15 years, aluminum screens last from 15 to 20 years, polyester screens perform reliably for 20 to 30 years, and stainless steel screens offer durability for 30 years or more. Regular inspections and proper installation ensure these screens perform to their full lifespan.

You should regularly clean your pool screens to ensure they are effective and long-lasting. In a bucket, combine warm water with dish soap or cleaning vinegar. Then lightly scrub the screen with a soft-bristle brush or large sponge using your bucket mixture. After scrubbing, you can rinse the screens with a garden hose and let the screens dry in the sun. If you would prefer, you can hire a local window cleaning service to maintain your pool screens.
