Stucco had to be cut away from the house to accommodate new flashing. Panda arranged to have the stucco replaced and repainted within the cost of the estimate. There were no hidden costs. "Mark and Sue did a great job from start to finish.  They spent several days preparing the exterior by pressure washing and taping all around.  Mark helped me to decide on final colors and he has a great eye for picking them because his choices were better than mine in the end!  The finished product was meticulous and looks awesome from the painting to the woodwork replacement to the brick pavers in front of the entry way.  I've used Mark and Sue for the interior and they did an outstanding job there as well.  Mark and Sue are at the top of my list when it comes to home improvement projects!

Before the project started I had Steve and two other contractors into my home to discuss what I would like to have done.
