"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"okay, but they insisted we pull down our flood lights, which caused us to have to reinstall, not an easy task... placed a downspout in a spot we didn't talk about during estimate - installer said the estimator made a mistake, that it had to go in the "lowest spot." agreed to this, but the downspout was installed next to the house (in the middle), causing flow of water to go directly up against house in a low-lying area, totally depleting the reason we had them installed in the first place. had to call them back and they installed a 12' extension out to the side of the house on the ground, so now we have to pick it up and mow around it all the time. could have been handled much better. not happy with this. communication was poor, at best. now, we have an area at the front of the house that is started to grow mildew where we never had a problem before, concerned that the gutter job is causing it. we've lived here 10 years and not had this problem until the gutter installation. house was new when we moved in. wondering about their knowledge of proper installation. the guttering itself looks good, good quality materials used. just not sure if these people are as educated as they should be.? :("

"Mark and Sue did a great job from start to finish.  They spent several days preparing the exterior by pressure washing and taping all around.  Mark helped me to decide on final colors and he has a great eye for picking them because his choices were better than mine in the end!  The finished product was meticulous and looks awesome from the painting to the woodwork replacement to the brick pavers in front of the entry way.  I've used Mark and Sue for the interior and they did an outstanding job there as well.  Mark and Sue are at the top of my list when it comes to home improvement projects!

Went above and beyond and replaced other loose shingles on other parts of the roof and re-caulked plumbing stacks. Can't even tell stone was redone. "This work was part of a larger remodeling project.  Kelly Brothers was hired to do some of the initial work including painting and drywall repair as well as replace an exterior door and water heater.  As we saw the workmanship and attention to detail we asked about doing more.  By the time everything was done, Kelley Brothers had completed an extensive list of services.
 
Brian Kelley's ability to handle many different types of projects was impressive.  We did not have to bring in a different specialist for every aspect of the job.  One of our biggest concerns was the kitchen.  The existing kitchen was old and in need of refurbishing.  Brian was able to make arrangements with a cabinet distributor allowing us to put in new cabinets and counter tops at an affordable price which we did not think was possible.   We were thrilled with the look of the completed job.
Because work was done in condominium environment, many neighbors observed the progress of job.  It was impressive enough that more than one of the neighbors that saw Brian's work hired him for upgrades to their units.

"IT was excellent. Also the washing machine pipes were replaced and plumbing was done. The shower is redesign, shower doors and top doors escalation, hardware in the shower and both bathroom is replaced and then then the faucet installation and bedroom and the guest bathroom, replacement of toilet, garbage disposal, replacement of electrical outlet and updating electrical outlet and painting and dishwasher installed.
